An Educator’s Guide to Engaging Students on Issues of Homelessness
This guide is intended for teachers and school staff to help them think about homelessness in relation to their curriculum and educational mandates. The guide will help teachers understand the realities of homelessness and the needs of students who may be at risk of or experiencing homelessness. It includes practical information on supporting students experiencing homelessness as well as suggestions for engaging community advocates and people with lived experience.
