2025 Reaching Home Community Connections
The Community Connections series offers a dedicated platform for communities across Canada to collaborate, exchange ideas, and explore forward thinking approaches to preventing and reducing homelessness. These sessions have been intentionally designed to foster peer-to-peer learning, cultivate strategic relationships, and catalyze meaningful change at the local level. 2025 Reaching Home Community Connections #1 – Governance
The first iteration of the 2025 Reaching Home Community Connections Series took place virtually on February 26th 2025. It focused on Governance and featured a presentation by community partners in North Bay.

2025 Reaching Home Community Connections #2 – Systems Mapping – The How and the Why
The second event in the 2025 series on June 4th, 2025, put the spotlight on Systems Mapping – the How and the Why. Featuring insights from Prince Edward Island (PEI), the session explored how systems mapping can strengthen collaboration, uncover service gaps, and support more coordinated services at the local level.
