The Community Connections series offers a dedicated platform for communities across Canada to collaborate, exchange ideas, and explore forward thinking approaches to preventing and reducing homelessness. These sessions have been intentionally designed to foster peer-to-peer learning, cultivate strategic relationships, and catalyze meaningful change at the local level. 2025 Reaching Home Community Connections #2 – Systems Mapping – The How and the Why

The second event in the 2025 series on June 4^th, 2025, put the spotlight on Systems Mapping – the How and the Why.
