Recipients of Reaching Home funding are required to provide project results data for certain activities. These results are used by Infrastructure Canada to account for the use of public funds, demonstrate the results achieved by Reaching Home funded projects, and to inform program and policy design and development. 

The Reaching Home Project Results – Social and Community Integration HIFIS report is one of four reports that have been developed to assist communities in meeting their Results Reporting Online reporting requirements (RROL). These reports generate data from HIFIS that can be entered into the RROL system when communities need to provide data.
