Reaching Home Project Results – Prevention and Diversion Services – HIFIS Report Guide
ients of Reaching Home funding are required to provide project results data for certain activities. These results are used by Housing, Infrastructure, and Communities Canada (HICC) to account for the use of public funds, demonstrate the results achieved by Reaching Home funded projects, and to inform program and policy design and development.
The Reaching Home Project Results series of HIFIS reports have been developed to assist communities in meeting their Annual Results Reporting requirements by generating data to be entered into the Results Reporting Online (RROL) platform.
There are four reports in the series:
- Reaching Home Project Results – Economic Integration
- Reaching Home Project Results – Housing Placements
- Reaching Home Project Results – Prevention and Diversion Services
- Reaching Home Project Results – Social and Community Integration
Each report has a corresponding report guide that provides detailed information on the report content and the calculations used to generate the data. A PowerPoint Presentation is also available that provides an overview of the reports and the methods that can be used for collecting data in HIFIS to obtain accurate results from the reports.
