This book explores how responses to homelessness in Canada impact the homeless population’s vulnerability during a pandemic. It consolidates research analyzing the experiences of front-line workers, policy makers and persons with lived experience during the H1N1 outbreak in 2010 and describes how major Canadian cities prepared for and responded to the outbreak in relation to homeless individuals.
