This report outlines a collaborative strategy developed by the City of Toronto and the Toronto Aboriginal Support Services Council to address Indigenous homelessness in Toronto. It is a result of a three-day facilitated consultation that brought together local government and Indigenous leadership to discuss and plan engagement strategies. This document details the commitments made to improve the housing conditions for Indigenous people in Toronto, acknowledging the city’s historical responsibilities and the necessity for Indigenous-led solutions to homelessness.
