The Coordinated Access Resources: Tools to Help Communities Implement Reaching Home document provides links to online resources that can be used by Community Entities (CEs) in their work to meet Reaching Home: Canada’s Homelessness Strategy requirements under the Coordinated Access Directive. It can also be used by any community to build on or strengthen existing Coordinated Access processes, policies and protocols already in place.
