Housing First has been considered best practice in supporting the most vulnerable people experiencing chronic homelessness. Now there is a large focus on Coordinated Access and By-Name Lists. This has caused some confusion and/or questions regarding how Housing First fits into the ongoing work to end homelessness.

This Community of Practice addresses the link between Housing First and Coordinated Access and how both still remain integral and vital to our goals of ending homelessness in Canada.
