Best Practices for Culturally and Spiritually Centred Care in Housing Services
Throughout February and March 2025, the Women’s National Housing and Homelessness Network hosted 4 Community of Practice (CoP) calls focused on how gender-sensitive spiritual and culturally appropriate care can be incorporated in the housing and homelessness-serving sector.
The CoPs built on findings from a research project conducted in collaboration with Nisa Homes, a muslim women-led and muslim women-serving emergency housing service operating across Canada.
This training webinar, targeted at service providers across Canada, highlights best practices from the toolkit and discusses how providers can incorporate it in their work.
