Recent Inactivity Report – Report Guide
The Recent Inactivity report generates a list of clients who have become inactive between a date chosen by the HIFIS user and the date the report is generated. This report is a useful resource for HIFIS users seeking to identify clients who have become inactive. Communities can use this report to:
- Identify clients who have become inactive in order to follow-up with or reach out to the client, if applicable;
- Monitor data quality in HIFIS to ensure that an individual’s Client State is accurately reflected by their engagement with the homeless-serving system; and,
- Improve system planning by understanding inflows into and outflows from homelessness.
