In this session from the 2023 CAEH Conference, presenters Kelly Erb, Simone Lilly, Nicole Aylward, Alicia Martinez, and Miia Suokonautio discuss different approaches to working with landlords in the private sector to provide additional housing for clients.

Unlocking private market housing will be part of any successful housing strategy for addressing homelessness, and to do this requires developing unique partnerships with landlords rooted in an understanding of their needs. This session discusses three programs that have done this successfully and is followed by a question period.
