The Housing First program in Edmonton is managed by Homeward Trust. Homeward Trust is a community based, comprehensive housing organization that provides leadership and resources towards ending homelessness in Edmonton. All Housing First services contracted through Homeward Trust are to be aligned within the framework of the annual service plan approved by the ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
