Dufferin County carried out their first homeless enumeration exercise, a joint Point-in-Time Count and Registry Week, on October 16-17, 2016. As one of the smallest Service Manager (SM) areas and with one of the smallest Community Advisory Boards (CAB), resources are often limited.
