On March 16, 2021, the Homelessness Policy Directorate presented a Homelessness Individuals and Families Information System (HIFIS) Demonstration to the members of the BC Trilateral Working Group. This webinar gave an overview of HIFIS and reviewed HIFIS functionalities from both an operational and administrative perspective. This webinar is only available in English.
