Unique Identifier List Report in HIFIS Webinar

The Unique Identifier List Report in HIFIS Webinar (in English only) demonstrates how the Unique Identifier List report can support communities in their implementation of Coordinated Access. The Unique Identifier List report generates a real-time list of people experiencing homelessness (sometimes known as a by-name list) and includes data related to housing history and service planning. By knowing who is currently experiencing homelessness and having information about their needs is essential for decision making with a Coordinated Access approach.

The webinar shows how the report works in HIFIS, demonstrate its capabilities, and answers questions from participants.
