MtS Workshop: Government and Policymaking – Understanding the Policy Process
In this three-part workshop, participants will learn the basics of the policymaking process in the colonial Canadian context, and the different points along the way where advocates, researchers, practitioners, and/or people with lived expertise can have an influence.
You will gain insight into how governments understand their roles and responsibilities, and how to proactively engage with policymakers at various stages of policy development to drive change.
